You may also know me by my character names, Konig or Shrugs! I'm a self-taught artist with nearly three decades of experience and thirteen years of experience as a vendor. I am learned in numerous mediums— I paint digitally and traditionally, model and sculpt in 3D, and craft! My creativity always has me chasing new projects and making new things. I'm a self-described "try-hard" who strives for excellence in all that I do; I believe this shows in my work.
I got my start vending at my nerd conventions- Anime North, FanExpo Canada, ConBravo, and Con-G way back in 2012. While I am still a regular at a select few of my favourite anime conventions and a staple contributor to Games Done Quick's prizing for their incredible charity events, my main focus has shifted to original works and fursuit crafting.
At my table, you'll find me to be an absolute ray of sunshine. My favourite part about vending at conventions is that the con comes to ME! I treasure the time I can spend chatting with my community in person, sharing ideas and talking shop.
You may have noticed I have a bird bias, and you'd be right!
My personal suit was built from scratch through sheer stubbornness and determination over 3 years, which I finished in 2022. I never really considered making costumes for others, but it seems that making chose me instead of the other way around. I completed Tango the fox who found a home on the Friday of Midwest Furfest 2024, and now his fullsuit is underway! I am thrilled to say I now multiple client projects and premade characters underway.
I love the tangible problem solving required to bringing complex and unconventional designs to life, and go above and beyond to refine every component I can.
Paint markers have been my-go for traditional media, and what I offer for take-home commissions.

My convention pricing differs from my online listings, as I do not need to account for shipping supplies. While I cannot lock in exact pricing for VF 2025, here's the range I am aiming for in Canadian dollars.
While my existing body of work includes fanart from my long tenure exhibiting at all of my local Ontario conventions over the years, I am squarely in my originals and fursuit crafting arc.
Much like my efforts for Games Done Quick's prizing donations, where I aim to provide bespoke pieces (custom framing, and originals when able) in addition to wares I have in stock, I intend to bring the same care to Vancoufur 2025's charity auction while keeping with this year's fantastical theme!
Thanks for your consideration! I've had amazing experiences at Vancoufur 2022, 2024, and 2025, and would love nothing more than to see you again in 2026!
